Mr. McArthur is an aerospace engineer with more than 30 years of experience. He has broad experience in aircraft flight test and simulation. This experience was gained while working at Kohlman Systems Research spanning commercial, business and military aviation. Specifically, he has experience in planning and conducting test programs to gather flight test data suitable for developing training devices in accordance with Title 14 CFR Part 60 and comparable foreign regulations. Mr. McArthur also has experience in developing airplane simulation models for multiple flight simulation training devices currently in service training civilian and military pilots.
