Software Training

On-Line Training is hosted by Cisco WebEx Meeting which delivers highly effective, live instruction to anyone and anywhere. Tailored to the type of training, we can share desktop showcasing the software or other resources like PDF or Powerpoint files. Audio portion will come from the use of computer speakers/microphone. Real time chat is also possible during the session. We can also provide post recordings for self-paced learning and review to maximize information retention. Advanced Aircraft Analysis (AAA)

Software training is structured for the engineer's personal needs and projects. Training will be scheduled in 2-4 hour sessions and will be recorded; a link will be provided after the training is complete. This is a 2-part training course:

AAA Basic Outline

  • Fully understand the AAA program layout
  • Learn the design methodology using AAA
  • Understand each analysis module
  • Utilize the extensive Help system in AAA
  • Discover time-saving software shortcuts
  • Training example files include propeller driven airplanes & jet airplanes

AAA Advanced Outline

  • Learn how to analyse existing airplanes
  • Understand project management in AAA
  • Understand how AAA relates to AeroPack
  • Understand the loading scenarios in AAA
  • Learn the use of advanced modules for trim analysis
  • Gain expertise in the use of advanced Stability & Control modules
  • Example airplanes will include Propeller driven Airplane & Jet Airplane

FlightStream®

Software training is structured for the engineer's personal needs and projects. Training will be scheduled in 2-4 hour sessions and will be recorded; a link will be provided after the training is complete.

  • Fully understand FlightStream® user interface and basics
  • Become familiar with high fidelity surface-meshing and vorticity solver
  • Be able to model aircraft, propellers and jet engines
  • Perform post-processing and data analysis
  • Training example files include propeller driven airplanes & jet airplanes

Aircraft Performance Program (APP)

SharkCAD Pro-AP

  • Understand and be able to customize the SharkCAD Pro interface
  • Fully understand the functionality of the AeroPack tools
  • Become familiar with the general modeling tools in SharkCAD/SharkCAD Pro
  • Be able to create a geometrically consistent model of a conventional aircraft
